Flagship introduces new GPS alternative

Flagship has partnered with LoanPlus, an industry leading vehicle GPS provider, to offer dealerships the option of installing LoanPlus GPS units on Flagship collateral.

Two new sales executives join Flagship

Robert Cullinan has joined Flagship as Senior Vice President- Sales and Marketing. Cullinan brings 25+ years years of sales management  and training experience to Flagship, most recently as Sales Director/Vice President of Sales with CitiFinancial Auto. Cullinan will oversee all sales and marketing activities for Flagship.

Jeffrey Haymore joined Flagship as National Director of Sales. Haymore brings 15 years of sales management experience to Flagship and will be responsible for recruiting and developing a premier national sales force.

Program expansion into bulk purchases & flow programs

Flagship has expanded its products to include portfolio purchases and loan flow programs. Through our portfolio purchase program we purchase existing non-prime and subprime auto loan portfolios from auto dealers and finance companies across the country.

Our Loan Flow Program allows us to partner with third party originators who are experts in underwriting and originating loans, but do not have the capacity to balance sheet or service a portfolio. 

Flagship begins use of tablet PCs as new sales tool

In order to fully integrate its mobile sales force with its Loan Originations System, Flagship will equip each of its sales managers with tablet PCs. These tablets will allow the sales team to effectively communicate with their dealers regarding real-time leads, communicate with credit, and provide a seamless loan processing experience.

Flagship closes $100 million lending facility

Flagship has entered into a new $100 million credit facility with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.

This credit facility represents an additional committed source of liquidity to originate for the Company’s auto finance consumer lending division.

Michael Ritter speaks on board for NAF association

Flagship CEO Michael Ritter participated in a lender’s panel discussion at this year’s National Automotive Finance (NAF) conference in Fort Worth, Texas. 

The panelists were asked to discuss the state of the industry while assessing the current opportunities and challenges facing subprime lenders.
