Pay by Checking Account

The following information is required to make an online payment using a checking account:
• Customer account number
• Zip code of customer's primary billing address
• Checking account number
• Checking account routing number
Note: The routing number must be from a check or acquired directly from the financial institution. Deposit slips contain different numbers and if used the transaction may be rejected.
Pay by ATM/Debit Card
The following information is required to make an online payment using a ATM/debit card:
• Customer account number
• Zip code of customer's primary billing address
• A valid ATM/debit card

Note: Your ATM/Debit card must display one of the following symbols on the reverse side of the card to qualify for online payment:

Not all financial institutions allow this form of payment if you have trouble processing please contact your financial institution and inquire if they allow "Pin-less Debit" transactions.
