2. What is required to be a Flagship dealer? up arrow Back to top
Flagship services both franchise and independent dealerships. At this time dealerships must be located and licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. A checklist of the required enrollment documents can be found on the first page of the Dealer Enrollment Package. Independent dealers are subject to a financial review by Flagship's Credit Committee prior to enrollment.

First, contact Dealer Services to obtain a User ID and Password so you can download the Dealer Enrollment Package from our site. The Dealer Enrollment Package contains all of the required forms and a checklist of the documents required for enrollment. It can be found on the Secured Sites section of our web site under Forms or we can send you one by calling Dealer Services at 1·800·707·0114 ext 3.

Our Program Guidelines and Funding forms can be found on the secured section of our web site. They can also be downloaded directly from Dealer Track or Route One.

We accept all applications through Dealer Track, Route One or the Finance Express dealer management systems.

The average application is decisioned within minutes. Because we review every application thoroughly some applications may take longer, if you have any questions regarding your callback please do not hesitate to contact our Credit Team at 1·800·707·0114 ext 2.

Our Credit Analysts are available to help you Monday through Saturday from 8:00am to 7:00pm EST.

We offer a 70/30 split with our dealers on participation, up to a maximum of 2 points for eligible loans. Please refer to the callback for details.

Our scorecard system is not powered by solely on credit scores. The scorecard takes into account a number of factors, our credit analysts are trained to look at the story behind the customer and work each deal individually to determine its appropriate tier.
